ELT Building

ELT Building is a Batumi-based construction and development company established in 2017 as the real estate division of ELT Group, a Georgian organization active across several sectors for over 18 years. The company builds residential and hotel-type aparthotel complexes in Batumi and Tbilisi, with a completed built-up area exceeding 300,000 square meters as of 2025 per the group's own reporting. Delivered projects include Sunrise (2019), La Quinta by Wyndham Batumi (2022), Rainbow (2024), Sunset (2025), and Optima Residence and Compact House (both 2026). Compact House, a six-story monolithic-frame building at 10 Parmen Rurua Street in Batumi's Agmashenebeli district, comprises 55 apartments and was delivered in Q1 2026. Current developments include Status House, Marina Club, and OXY Residence in Batumi, plus the Spanish Quarter and a Barceló-branded project in Tbilisi. The company partners with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Barceló Hotel Group.
