Who we are
Batumi Verified is an independent real-estate catalogue and buyer-side brokerage based in Batumi, Georgia. Developers we work with pay us a standard brokerage commission — the same rate any agency receives. Buyers never pay us anything.
What data we collect
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, budget, purpose and timeline — and we use it solely to answer your questions and, if you ask us to, to arrange viewings and introduce you to a developer. We share your details with a developer only when you request that introduction. We do not sell or rent personal data. To have your conversation data deleted, message us the word "delete" from the same number, and we will confirm.
Your rights
Under Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the same WhatsApp channel.
