ELT Building

ELT Building was established in 2017 as the real estate division of ELT Group, a Georgian organization active across several sectors for over 18 years. It is headquartered in Batumi at 19 R. Nizharadze Street and builds residential and hotel-type aparthotel complexes in Batumi and Tbilisi.
