Tempo Holding is a Batumi-based real estate development company established in 2023, operating under the brand Tempo with the motto "We build for your tempo of life." The company focuses on residential development in Batumi's Adlia district, near the city's southern coastline and airport. Its debut project, Queen's Residence at 53 Adlia Street, comprises two 16-storey residential blocks with a total of 566 apartments, landscaped courtyards, a gym, sauna, pool and rooftop terrace; construction is managed by partner contractor SITA. A second complex, Serenade by Tempo, is under construction at 57-57a Adlia Street, and a further project, Sensa, is in development. Per the developer's own figures, Tempo has approximately 90,000 square metres of ongoing development and a further 50,000 square metres in its upcoming pipeline, with market research support from Cushman & Wakefield.
