Archi is a Georgian developer founded in 2006, headquartered in Tbilisi at 1 Melikishvili Ave (Philharmonic building) with a Batumi sales office at 25 Inasaridze St. Per archi.ge, the company has completed 55 projects since founding and now develops on the Batumi coast.

According to archi.ge, Archi has completed 55 projects totalling 1,568,653 sq.m of constructed area, with more than 45,000 residents living in its buildings. Delivered projects include Archi Mtatsminda (2018), Archi Nutsubidze 1 (2018), Archi Mukhiani (2018), Archi Gldani (2019), Archi Wood (2020) and Archi Isani (2024).

Per archi.ge, Archi has 31 projects and a further 1,238,468 sq.m under construction. On the Batumi coast it is building Archi Ramada Batumi, a 30-storey multifunctional aparthotel on Inasaridze Street near the New Boulevard, developed under the Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand and scheduled for delivery in Q4 2027.

Archi develops residential, mixed-use and hospitality properties in Tbilisi, Batumi, Bakuriani and Rustavi. It also operates the Ytong building-materials factory in partnership with Germany's Xella, and allocates 5% of profits to charitable initiatives.
