Gumbati Group is a Batumi-based development and construction company established in 1998, initially active in reconstruction and repair services before moving into real estate development in 2005. Per korter.ge, the company has developed more than 500,000 square metres of residential and commercial space and employs around 300 people. Its completed Batumi portfolio includes Subtropic City (2016), residential buildings on Zurab Gorgiladze Street (2018) and Haidar Abashidze Street (2021), Gumbati in Kheivani (2021), Boulevard Point on the New Boulevard (2024) and Gumbati Residence in Gonio (2025). Since 2019 the company has incorporated hotel-type services into its residential products. Current developments include Montemar, a three-block hotel-type complex in Gonio scheduled for 2028, and Strada, a 31-storey multifunctional complex on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street scheduled for 2029, alongside Portline and Midtown. Gumbati Group holds ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management.
