Alliance Group is a Georgian construction and development company operating since 2005, headquartered in Batumi at 5 Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. It builds in Batumi, Tbilisi and Kobuleti and specialises in mixed-use, hotel-branded complexes.

Its completed Batumi work includes Alliance Palace, a 41-storey seafront tower operated with the Courtyard by Marriott brand and delivered in 2019, and Alliance Privilege on Rustaveli Avenue (No. 42), reported as delivered in 2023 per korter.ge. Per its own materials the company reports more than 25 completed projects and over USD 1.475 billion in total investment.

Current developments include Alliance Centropolis in central Batumi, which combines a Hyatt Centric hotel with the region's first World Trade Center exhibition space, alongside Highlands by Alliance in Batumi, Alliance Highline in Tbilisi's Vake district, and Alliance Renaissance in Kobuleti.

Both are Alliance Group projects. Per batumi.estate, Alliance Group was the first Georgian developer to collaborate with global hotel brands on multifunctional projects; its hotel-brand partnerships include Courtyard by Marriott at Alliance Palace and Hyatt Centric at Alliance Centropolis.
