Piazza Residence is an 18-storey premium residential complex under construction at 59-61 Vakhtang Gorgasali Street in Old Batumi, adjacent to Piazza Square, developed by Batumi-based Tower Group with architecture by Alpha Architecture. Construction began in August 2024; the developer states completion by end of 2027.
