Montemar is a 16-storey, three-block complex by Gumbati Group in Gonio, on the coastal corridor south of Batumi, about 50 m from the beach. Block A is planned as a hotel, Block B as an apart-hotel (120 units), and Block C as apartments sold fully finished or in near-completion condition. Published amenities include indoor and rooftop outdoor pools, a spa, restaurant, cafe, coworking space, conference rooms, and underground parking. The developer, active since 1998, has completed projects in Batumi and Gonio including Boulevard Point (2024) and Gumbati Residence (2025).
