As of July 2026, official sales have not launched. The developer is accepting registrations of interest via eaglehillsgeorgia.com. Prior Eagle Hills Georgia releases (Tbilisi Waterfront) sold out within one day of each phase launch in February, May, and June 2026.

Who is the developer?

Eagle Hills Georgia, part of Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills Properties founded by Mohamed Alabbar (founder of Emaar Properties). The Georgian state holds a 33% stake in the joint venture, which received ~260 ha of state land in Gonio. When will homes be delivered?
