Mardi Holding

Mardi Holding is a Batumi-based development group active in residential, hotel and mixed-use construction across Georgia, with projects in Batumi, Tbilisi, Bakuriani and Gonio. The company reports more than three decades of operation, over 17 completed large-scale projects, more than 5,000 apartments built and over 300,000 square metres developed. Per korter.ge, the developer was among the first to offer hotel-type residential complexes in Batumi and Tbilisi. Completed Batumi buildings include Mardi Mont Blanc and Mardi Corner Yard (2018), Mardi Grand House (2020) and Mardi Twins (2021). In 2023 Mardi Holding signed a cooperation agreement with Accor to introduce the Novotel Living brand to Georgia; Novotel Living Batumi on Iberia Street comprises 319 hotel apartments. Current developments include Mardi Hills in the Kakhaberi district, Mardi City Center and an aquapark-anchored wellness resort. The group also operates ventures in hospitality, wine and energy.
