Dreamland Development (Sak Tur Kurort LLC)

Dreamland Development (Sak Tur Kurort LLC) was established in 2007 and is based in Chakvi, a coastal resort town about nine kilometres north of Batumi. It develops and operates Dreamland Oasis, a mixed-use seaside resort community between the Black Sea shoreline and Mtirala National Park.

The first residential blocks of Dreamland Oasis were delivered in 2022, and Block 13 was completed in Q4 2025. The operating resort component receives guests year-round.

Dreamland Oasis is a mixed-use resort community on a site of more than 130,000 m². The master plan covers about 20 buildings of three to eighteen storeys — around 680 residential apartments and 320 hotel rooms — built with monolithic-frame technology, with further phases scheduled for completion through 2029.

Dreamland Oasis is developed and operated by Dreamland Development (Sak Tur Kurort LLC), a Georgian company founded in 2007 and headquartered at 16 Batumi Street, Chakvi.
