Ambassadori Group

Ambassadori Group was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Tbilisi. It's a Georgian investment holding active in hospitality, retail, entertainment and real estate, with a portfolio that includes the Ambassadori hotels in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kachreti and the Goderdzi ski resort, the Kachreti golf resort (Georgia's first golf course) and Keburia Winery.

The group's delivered work includes the Ambassadori Kachreti Golf Resort, opened in 2014 as Georgia's first golf course, alongside its hotels in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kachreti and Goderdzi and the Keburia Winery. On the Batumi island project, the first 26-hectare western peninsula was commissioned by Georgian authorities in September 2025.

Ambassadori Group is developing Ambassadori Batumi Island, an 84-hectare artificial island on Batumi's Black Sea coast that the developer describes as the first artificial island on Georgia's coastline, with a stated investment of USD 3 billion. The project's named international partners are ARUP on the master plan concept, SHoP Architects on the twin-tower design, Yüksel Proje on engineering and Colliers on development programming.
